Security First: How We Protect You & Your Vehicle

Because of the sophisticated anti-theft features in every Mercedes-Benz, replacement keys from outside the authorized dealer network won’t function with your vehicle. Only the registered owner (or their authorized representative) may order a replacement key from an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer. At Dick Dyer Mercedes-Benz, we follow all Mercedes-Benz policies to protect you, your vehicle, and your peace of mind.
